Where We Ship Mason's Memories currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time Each item is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes We ship via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery after shipping is 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
