2. Order Processing Orders are processed in the order they are received. Production times vary by product — please refer to individual product listings for estimated timelines. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification when it ships.
3. Personalization By submitting personalization details (names, photos, dates, etc.), you confirm you have the right to use the content provided. Mason's Memories is not responsible for errors in personalization details submitted by the customer. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
4. Payment We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
5. Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Mason's Memories is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
