Customization & Returns

  • No returns on personalized items.
    Each box is custom-made with your companion’s name and photo, so all sales are final once production begins.

Photo Submission & Rights

  • Customer photo use consent.
    By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it for your custom memorial box.

Handmade Variation Notice

  • Every box is handcrafted, so wood grain, stain tone, lettering style, and epoxy finish may vary slightly from piece to piece.
  • Photo and stain colors may appear different in person due to screen brightness and device settings.

Epoxy Resin Care

  • The epoxy photo lid is durable and long-lasting, but should be kept away from direct sunlight, high heat, or harsh chemicals to maintain clarity.

Production Time

  • Each box requires careful crafting and proper epoxy curing.
    Please allow several days for completion depending on workload.

Safety & Use

  • Boxes are intended for memorial and keepsake use only.
    Not designed for food storage or use as a toy.

Photo Use Policy

At Mason’s Memories, the photos you share are an important part of creating your custom memorial box. We treat every image with care and respect, knowing it represents a companion who meant the world to you.

How Your Photos Are Used

By submitting photos for your memorial box, you grant Mason’s Memories permission to use those images for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include:

  • Website product examples
  • Social media posts
  • Advertising materials
  • Printed or digital galleries
  • Before/after showcases of completed boxes

We never alter your pet’s likeness in a way that changes who they are, and we always present memorial images with dignity and sensitivity.

Opting Out

If you prefer that your photos not be used for marketing, you may opt out at any time. Simply provide written notice — email, text, or message — stating that you do not grant permission for your images to be used. Once we receive your request, your photos will remain private and will not appear in any promotional materials.

Your Privacy Matters

Your photos are used solely for the purposes listed above. We do not sell, share, or distribute your images to third parties. All submitted photos are stored securely and used only in connection with your order and our marketing content unless you request otherwise.
