Because every Mason Box is made just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. But if your box arrives damaged or there's an error on our part, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive your request, your photos will remain private and will not appear in any promotional materials.
