After you place your order, we'll personally contact you to learn about the person, pet, place, or moment you want your coaster set to represent.

Tell us the story. Share the photographs, words, colors, hobbies, symbols, sayings, or little details that make that memory uniquely yours.

Then we'll design your coaster set together.

We'll create custom designs inspired by your memory and work with you until they feel right. You'll approve the designs before we begin painting.

Once approved, your Memory Journey moves into our workshop.

You'll receive personal behind-the-scenes video updates as your custom coaster set is hand-painted, finished, and brought to life.

Before it leaves our workshop, you'll receive a final reveal of the keepsake we created together.

Disclosures

At Mason’s Memories, the photos you share are an important part of creating your custom memorial box. We treat every image with care and respect, knowing it represents a companion who meant the world to you.

How Your Photos Are Used

By submitting photos for your memorial box, you grant Mason’s Memories permission to use those images for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include:

Website product examples
Social media posts
Advertising materials
Printed or digital galleries
Before/after showcases of completed boxes

We never alter your pet’s likeness in a way that changes who they are, and we always present memorial images with dignity and sensitivity.

Opting Out

If you prefer that your photos not be used for marketing, you may opt out at any time. Simply provide written notice — email, text, or message — stating that you do not grant permission for your images to be used. Once we receive your request, your photos will remain private and will not appear in any promotional materials.

Your Privacy Matters

Your photos are used solely for the purposes listed above. We do not sell, share, or distribute your images to third parties. All submitted photos are stored securely and used only in connection with your order and our marketing content unless you request otherwise.

Each box is custom-made with your companion’s name and photo, so all sales are final once production begins.

Photo Submission & Rights

By submitting a photo, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it for your custom memorial box.

Handmade Variation Notice

Every box is handcrafted, so wood grain, stain tone, lettering style, and epoxy finish may vary slightly from piece to piece.
