Then we'll design your keepsake together.

We'll create a one-of-a-kind design inspired by your memory and work with you until it feels right. You'll approve the design before we ever begin painting your box.

Then your Memory Journey moves into our workshop.

You'll receive personal behind-the-scenes video updates as your custom design is hand-painted and your box is stained, finished, and brought to life.

Before it leaves our workshop, you'll receive one final reveal of the keepsake we created together.

How Your Photos Are Used

By submitting photos for your memorial box, you grant Mason’s Memories permission to use those images for marketing and promotional purposes. This may include:

We never alter your pet’s likeness in a way that changes who they are, and we always present memorial images with dignity and sensitivity.

Once we receive your request, your photos will remain private and will not appear in any promotional materials.
